潮州粥



4th day of chinese new year is also ash wednesday
so is fasting and no meat day

omg.........comfort food after all those heavy meals
suuuuuuppper lovin' it

thank you dear sis rose - the chef for today lunch


dried scallop porridge

stir fried leek with dried shrimp

preserved turnip omelette

stir fried potatoes with onions and anchovies in sweet soy sauce

all these dishes goes really well with the porridge......really...love these very much
