this restaurant
name was famous for their wanton noodles and were awarded the Best of
the Best Culinary Award – Gold with Distinction Award by Hong Kong
Tourism Board. But i doubt so now as it was a big "thumb down" from me. i'm not sure about their others outlet, but this one, at the airport was =.="
seafood fried rice : nothing to shout about but still not that bad
barbeque pork noodles : the barbeque pork was a real letdown but kinda like their noodles. springy kind
century egg and pork porridge : this was quite good but niece said her mom can cook better than this =) lol
roasted pork : it was quite good but the gravy spoilt the overall taste. it was too salty for our tastebud
